You may be able to get a cheaper price by buying a download and then sending it to another source, such as Photobox etc.

There is a processing charge of 46p for any order under $10 (approx. £7.70).

Licensing - Personal Use

The cost to download a single Image is £5.95 (including VAT at 20%).
